With its ongoing ERP Transformation, DFDS is embarking on a digital transformation across Finance and Procurement. Replacing all current ERP solutions in DFDS with D365 F&O across more than 30 markets and +100 entities is a key part of our ambition towards becoming a more digitized operator. To continue our work towards achieving our goals, we are looking for an experienced and ambitious ERP Process Improvements Lead that can join us and ensure an optimal implementation process.
We need you in the driver’s seat
The Atlas Programme consists of 70+ colleagues organized in 6 delivery teams working in a multinational, inclusive and diverse team having members across different countries such as: Denmark, Poland, Türkiye and India. As our "Business Process Improvement” delivery lead, it will be your responsibility to drive the continuous improvement of D365 F&O live entities according to the prioritized scope, while managing a diverse team of dedicated individuals.
The position, but also the Atlas Programme, are part of the Core Transformation & Integrations (CT&I) Tribe located in the Technology & Innovation (T&I) division at DFDS. We are a high performing team with an entrepreneurial mindset, digitizing and standardizing DFDS to build the foundation for future growth where you will have the opportunity to make a real impact while working closely with various stakeholders across the organization. You will get a direct, transparent and empowering manager and work from our office in Poznan, Poland.
Turning the focus to you – who are we looking for?
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager or Management Consultant who understands the importance of continuous improvement. We do not expect you to know every detail of finance, procurement or system configs, however, you should be curious by nature and skilled in asking the right questions to ensure that we optimize our platform towards our end-users.
Moreover, the ideal candidate is structured, an experienced planner and able to address critical matters in an effective manner. We also value that you are a strong communicator, have highly developed collaboration skills and are excellent at motivating people around you while building lasting relations.
Additionally, we expect that you have:
- A relevant educational background either within Business or IT
- Min. 5 years of experience in multinational companies, preferably with a focus on Continuous Improvement or as a project manager
- Min. 2 years of experience as either a performance or line manager
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to enable and empower your team
- A consultancy mindset and a proven toolbox that allows you to convey solutions across all levels of an organization
- Experience with D365 F&O.
You connect well with people and build trust with stakeholders at all organizational levels. You think strategically while also following up and supporting your immediate team on a day-to-day basis. Additionally, you have:
- Hands on experience with process improvement methodologies to drive efficiency and effectiveness
- Experience with organizational change management frameworks
- The ability to develop detailed project plans, manage scope, schedules, and resources
- Proven experience with both Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and traditional Waterfall project management methodologies including proficiency with tools like MS Project, Jira, or Azure DevOps is preferred.
